The above prices are for the property (i.e. NOT per person) and are all inclusive
of
electricity, hot water, heating, bed linen and towels. There are no
surcharges whatsoever - e.g. no extra charge for dogs.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable at the time of
booking, with the remaining balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your
holiday. In the event of cancellation, the 80% balance will be refunded only
on the proviso that the property can be re-let in time.
We strongly advise, therefore, that you take out appropriate holiday
cancellation insurance.
